Debansu is passionate about diversity and technology; he champions inclusivity and modular homes in the housing and construction sectors. Having worked with blue chip companies like Philips, he is presently the Head of Development for Zed Pods. He is also involved with the Construction Industry Council, Chartered Institute of Housing and Chartered Institute of Marketing (Construction Industry Group).

Lee is the Chief Executive at Manningham Housing Association in Bradford. He has over 20 years experience working in social housing at a senior level. His previous roles have been Area Housing Manager in Moss Side, Manchester and Head of Neighbourhood Housing in East Manchester during the regeneration through the ‘New Deal for Communities’ programme.
