Staff from any background facing barriers to development and career progression, perhaps isolated from others because of their role and ready to take advantage of the opportunity the SMP presents.
The programme includes:
A Programme Briefing and Mentoring Skills session for Mentees and Mentors at the start of the programme.
Five meetings with a mentor.
Four accredited, online group workshops; new for 2022 is their national delivery, with one set of dates, facilitated by a mix of HDN staff and associates.
Mentoring for HDN provides a practical opportunity for the Housing Leaders of tomorrow, whilst helping to tackle barriers to progression for underrepresented talent.
